Background:
Fishing has been apart of my whole life and it’s been my passion for as long as I can remember. I was raised in PNG and spent most of my time fishing for Jacks and Bass in the rivers to inshore reef and game fishing catching things from reefies like Coral Trout to Spanish Mackeral and Dogtooth Tuna.

I moved back to Australia in 2003 and soon realised I was spoilt for fishing options back in PNG. Although the fishing wasn’t as good at the time, the variety of species and change of scenery kept me coming back for more. Over the next few years I took up light tackle sport fishing the estuaries for just about every species that swam them, and after catching an episode of AFC I decided to give lure fishing for bream a go. In 2007 I bit the bullet and entered my first Tournament and loved every minute of it. Since then I’ve fished over 20 tournaments and have travelled as far as Tasmania to fish them.

My love for pontoon 21 lures began in 2010 when I got given 2 Crackjack’s and a gagagoon from my mate Adam at fishin.com.au. I used them in the 2010 ABT Bribie Island Qualifier and after catching my first ever limit as a boater on the crackjacks and a top 10 finish my love for these lures started to grow. Since then I’ve thrown pontoon 21 lures exclusively and they have caught me numerous legals in tournaments and loads of fish socially.

Future Ambitions:
There are many goals I wish to accomplish in my fishing career but the ones that stand out the most would be to one day crack the top 10 national bream rankings, Win AOY and also a Bream Grand Final.
